Ebay Fraud Selling items to multiple buyers thieves steal money

I purchased an item from these guys on ebay, and had to go to hospital for 2 weeks, so was less than 1 week late in paying them. I spoke to them the day before i sent the money and was promised that the item was still there, packaged up and ready to be sent to me. The following day, After i sent proof that the money had been sent and they had confirmed this, they told me that the item had been sold weeks prior, but they were still sending me emails demanding payment up to that very day.

When i asked about a refund, i was told that they would send me the receipts after they had cashed the money orders, laughed at me and hung up. This is very hard to do business on the otherside of the world, so it looks like i will have to jump on a plane just to collect a lousy few grand. I have taped phone calls promising me the item was there on May 29 (as well as emails), but on May 30 i have taped phone calls (and emails) telling me it had been sold weeks earlier (before I was even supposed to have paid for the item).

These guys are crooks and will take your money, only to give you nothing in return. They do not appear to be doing this through the company, but demand all monies be sent as money orders to their personal addreses, all the while making out that they are acting for the business.
Do not buy anything from these guys unless you are there in person and can hand over cash and receive the goods at the same time (and even then be extremely wary, these crooks have it very well figured out)
