I placed an order for cigarettes on March 7th and used an online check. My account was debited 109.67 that same day. On March 21st I received an e-mail stating that my order had been shipped by airmail. The website states "The delivery usually takes 15-25 business days starting from the shipping date." On April 22nd I went to the website and sent a "Support Center Ticket" request. There are no phone numbers listed at all. I then got a form e-mail stating that my customer request had been received.
By April 28, no response so I sent another. Thinking there might be a problem with the online form, I sent a duplicate note to the address provided in an e-mail: support@box-cigarettes-online.com. I also attempted to call the phone number that was listed in the transaction on my bank statement. Best-cigs DES: 8019386474 Surprise! This number has been disconnected! As of today, May 17 - no response and no cigarettes. My bank said that if I had called within 60 days of the charge I would have gotten my money back. I missed that deadline but am a slightly more aware consumer. Please don't drop your money there!
