Constant billing issues!

Had FIOS for nearly annually today, needed to contact atleast 4 occasions during this period for payment mistakes. First they did not provide me the marketed promotional gift card. They wound up providing me a credit for that quantity of the giftcard. They got my payment screwed-up and charged me a wrong quantity. I called and worked that out. The newest outrage is that this... I'd my billing setup to car money from my bank account (not charge card payment).in May they overlooked to bill me, therefore in-May I obtained a statement for 2 weeks of support. Complete bill was for $99.95. I named and was informed that for whatever reason the statement wasn't debited from my bill. The repetition stated he'd "noticed" that charge card payment was more trusted, and desired me to change my cost process. I reluctantly permit this and he explained I had been all setup for my statement of $99.95 for that complete present quantity due to be charged. I tested my banking account and discovered they took one more $100 from me, by receiving me $199.95. So here I'm on-hold for over one hour waiting to keep in touch with a payment representative. Their telephone program hurts, you quickly wander off within the requests, usually get attached to the incorrect department, and will often have to keep in touch with 3 people before you can the best person. FIOS service is very good, but customer care hurts! I'm likely to request to change to document payment and get it done all personally, I Would rather established this up with my online billpay at my lender and make certain I spend the best quantity, than allow them rob me and trigger me to invest hours of my important time looking to get them to repair all of this.
