Strawberry Skin Care Did not honor in writing promotion internet

I received a promotional offer with a discount of 30% off my total order. I tried to check out and was unable to get the deduction to register. I emailed the company and they instructed me to pay and they would credit me immediately. It has been almost 2 months and numerous e-mails without my promised credit. I have been getting the "run around" with a different (probably fictitious) person answering me each and every time. I now am starting to wonder if there products are even authentic. I advise any one to think twice before doing business with this ripoff company.
