They did not honor their contract

BlueHippo states that they can help build your credit buy purchasing a complete computer package from them and that you will get some free items along with your purchase package and this is all documented in your order form, but that doesn't matter because they don't for full the contract. I have been trying for over an year to get them to give me my products that i have paid for. Once bluehippo gets your money than it's hard to get your products and the consumer service won't let you talk to any managerment or higher up person to solve the matter at hand.
