Joaquin Mena is a scam artist who uses Paypal and Ebay to rip people off. He sells electronics and e-books online, then doesn't deliver. He ripped me off for $2,450.00 worth of electronics and I still haven't gotten my money back. He acts like he does this all the time and it's no big deal, so I'm sure he's gotten others. He's probably made hundreds of thousands of dollars scamming people online.
This is what he had to say when I emailed him asking for my money back:
"Well you should be more careful who you do business with online. You're out of luck, I'm not giving you a refund and you can't prove anything so I'm not worried about it! Don't bother emailing me back, I'm really busy and I don't have time to respond."
