I called Baker Shoes because that was one of the charges that was made with my credit card the person speaking with me told me my credit card was used with a different shipping address, and there were other cards used for the same address. I repeatedly after months of talking to anyone who would listen to me at SMC to have Martha Mena investigated because she might have used other people's cards. I can only allege until I get proof but I allege that Martha used my card. After she allegedly committed Fraud and sold me, what I told her, I didn't want!!! Then after all this SMC sending me to a collections agency because of some lifetime membership that was bogus! I told them I didn't want to be affiliated with them at all, to not contact me or call me. I was through being ripped off. But then I had to pay the collections on the account so I paid it because my credit report had already been reported something negative. I have sent for the report so I will have proof that it was SMC or someone else. But there would be no one else because I have my financial affairs in order except this. I was turned down for the lower rates for car insurance company and the letter said I could get a free report. So I'll know what's on it soon. I am upset that they can damage my credit without due process. I'll know soon about the Credit Bureau.
