SOUNDS GREAT RIGHT, WRONG I signed up with this company because the ad says "will generate thousands of fresh leads everyday and deliver your offers to thousands of prospective customers". The first five days I was getting a submission report, (i saved them)

My ad was sent out to 100 to167 per day, i wrote them and the responce was to set the delay to five days, did that, iwaited 5 days nothing changed. Iwrote them again and told them i was not happy and wanted my money back the responce was,

Hello Robbin,
I'm sorry but we do not issue a refund after you been using the service for 11 days. Your account is good until 11-28-02.

At that point i wrote paypal to let them know what was going on and i let dtl marketing know this, they shut my service down!
