Kenneth B Cobb sought me out, to pay his company a fee, to build my network of business associates an internet marketing system and CRM solution. He enticed me, with return on my investment, from splitting the fees that my business network would pay his company as a monthly member of the said service.
He and I signed a contract spelling out the profit splits we would share for my effort, work, and network I would introduce to the service. After I paid him thousands of dollars to build the system, we then introduced the service/system to my community of business associates. (100's of them)

Ken continued to complain that he was not making any money on the system I paid him for, despite the large numbers of users, whom I brought to the system, that paid him $49 monthly for the service.
