Zero Price Tags
Received no credit for completing an offer, plus the offer was listed at $9 and actually cost $29.97

Internet & Web

I had a great experience on other sites listed in the Zero Price Tags network. However, at their one website, plasmas. Zeropricetags.com, they have been holding out on a credit for an offer that other users had questioned as well.

The offer in question is Identity Truth. The plasmas. Zeropricetags.com website listed it as crediting instantly and costing $9. Once you choose to complete the offer and get to the end of the information, the actual cost is $29.97 ($9 for three month). I decided to take the offer anyway, only to still be awaiting credit for it 12 days later.

At first, the Zero Price Tags support team answered my question on the credit, but I should have known something was awry when they "lost" the confirmation e-mail they requested I forward to them for verification that I completed the offer. They then stated they had to submit the request for credit to the publisher, from which they did not expect a reply, but they would try anyway.

On April 3rd, i requested an update on where things stood with the publisher (if there was any reply, etc.). There was no reply until I submitted another support ticket on April 12th.

At this point, I began digging deeper for information on this website, only to find an address in the Midwest, but the operator of the website lives in West Virginia. When I inquired for the address information from a support ticket within the site, my question was diverted and received no answer with the requested information.
