Shopzu ignores and rips off Nationwide

I joined Shopzu.com through a promotional e-mail that I got saying that they would give me a $300 gift card (then when I clicked on it, it of course said to complete an offer). Once I clicked on the link, I was taken to Shopzu.com and asked for my account information and given a list of offers that I could pick one to complete so that I may receive the gift card.

I completed the offer it had listed for Netflix. I had never had a Neflix account before (nor a Shopzu.com account), signed up through the link from Shopzu.com, and have been a member of Netflix for months and still am today. (However, I will soon be canceling with them, telling them how I signed up with them through Shopzu for a gift card, and was never compensated.)

When I view my account on Shopzu.com now, I see the gift card offer listed on my account, but not as complete. There is no link of any kind to redeem the offer and get sent the gift card. The only thing that it says beside the gift card listing is that it is active, but there is no link to redeem it.

I have since sent them several e-mails and also submitted messages through their website on their customer service page. However, the only correspondence that I get back from them is automated e-mails with excerpts from the FAQ section. Everytime I try to get in touch with them, I get the same e-mail back. Never have I received anything from an actual person replying specifically and personally to myself or the gift card.

I also followed the intructions that they sent in their e-mails. I had not received the gift card, so I sent them all the information that they required to prove that I had completed their offer. There was never a change in my account and never a reply. I tried sending something to every e-mail address that I could find for Shopzu and also tried sending from a different e-mail address that I had.

I have repeatedly in many different ways submitted proof of my completed offer and have also just asked for them to explain my account to me, but nobody has ever responded to me to just explain my account or give me help of any kind, let alone give me the promised gift card due me.

This has been my experience with Shopzu. I have spent over $30 with my past months at Netflix for Shopzu.com, and would have spent more if I had received the $300 gift card that I was supposed to be compensated with. So, I have lost with my experience with Shopzu: my time and a total of $330 that was supposed to be mine.

Not to mention, I have now wasted my new membership with Netflix, that I could have used signing up with through a rewards site that actually followed through with rewarding me.
