Vesta AT&T
I was ripped off $212.00 from my visa. I want it back

My visa account has two charges of $106.00 each which is a charge of $212.00 taken out of it from Vesta AT&T and I don't know what this is but I have not purchased anything and I would like this credited back to me. I work very hard and I have a husband that is disabled and all my money is accounted for all my bills and I can't afford to have someone steal my money.
Please help!
