Malware alarm is a hoax company getting and taking our money

I orderd malware alarm and i didnt work. I tried to get my refund they said that i couldn't because i had to do tech work first. I ordered the product on 2/28/08 it has not work yet and now i have no computer at all. To do anytech work to it. I have seach the webb and i am not the only one. They don't even have a live customer service person and the number that i called is out of service. I have all my emails in and out. Please help mem get my refund. I also reported them to the bbb. So i just need some more help out there.
