Money being taken out of my account

Earthlink keeps getting cash out-of my bill. I contact each month plus they claim they're likely to reimbursement me plus they never do. They stated these were likely to provide me 8 weeks free and what do they are doing cost my bill again. They've taken about 150.00 bucks. I don't understand what to complete anymore. I'd to dam them from my banking account so that they don't consider anymore out. I truly don't understand how efficient this really is couse I simply made it happen today. Easily remove the support I've to pay for the disconnection charge and also to be truthful I dont possess the cash to cover this. I don't need for this to visit the credit burro. Since its under my sister-in-laws title.
