AKA Susan McSherry Did not back up all my data, then wiped my hard drive

Crafty Computers did not save all my data before wiping my hard drive to get rid of a virus. Crafty Computers charged me $150.00 for services (apparently travel, despite their being a local company) in one entry on the invoice, then $55.00 for services in another entry. Crafty Computers did not give me an invoice at the time of service, just informed me that I owed them $423.82 for their service. My daughter had to go to their house to get a copy of the invoice. Their work was so poor that I was forced to call in another serviceman to get my computer operating properly. They charged me $49.95 plus $3.87 tax for an anti-virus CD which they did not install.
