Scam rip off money rude

I bought wedding invitations from this site www.polkadotdesign.com and after placing the order, the next day I realized that i ordered 100 invitations by accident, I wanted to only order 60. Keep in mind I did not approve the proof for the invitations yet, so they did not go to the printer yet. I called them up and they said since I ordered 100 they cant do anything, they wouldnt refund any money or cancel the order or help me out in any way. But they said if I would have ordered 90 it would have been ok to change the order. This is crazy, they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order, before I even approved there proof.

This company is horrible, the lady on the phone was soo rude and was not will to help me out at all, she just kept saying its in there terms and thats it. Well there terms page is like 10 pages long, and the part that I read said that if you contact them within 3 days of order that it would be no problem to change it, but then in another part it says if you order over 100 they wont do anything. Everything is very confusing. I filed a chargeback with my credit card so hopefully I will get my money back, but I want to make everyone away about this company, there are many other wedding invitation and stationary companys out there that have a lot better return and exchange policy. And will not charge your credit card without approving the design. So whatever you do, do not buy from this company.
