Double shipped, Double Charged, Wouldn't Permit a Timely Return

While shopping on-line I ordered a single 1GB SD card for $30.00 with a $30.00 rebate (2/11). Unfortunately I received 2 cards and even though I tried to immediately return one was told that I couldn't due it's product type.

I have sent numerous unanswered letters to them via their registered agent at:
