A business I handled online (INTELIUS.com), somehow cheated me into purchasing a support from Ap9

They billed me $19.95 to get a support I never heard about, never approved. The girl I talked to at AP9, Carla, stated that Intelius does this to try and get new clients on her organization... She's sorry and they'll credit my bill $19.95 within 2 business days.
DoN't use Intelius for individuals searches. They're scammers!
