Charged my bank debit card for one year at $19.95 per month, and up to $23.95 last month, totaling about $250, without my knowledge or approval!

We believe this started about a year ago when my wife bought a cheap, $10 hearing aid over a TV commercial. Since that time we have been charged without our knowledge for the past year at $19.95 per month. Just yesterday my wife and I were making up a budget, and we noticed this new charge on our bank debit card statement for $23.95 to some unknown complany called todaysescapes. She had noticed this before, but she thought it was just something I purchased, and she never asked me to confirm, until I saw it for the first time yesterday. We are very upset that we were taken without any approval whatsoever.

We called the todayescapes phone, and they state they are not open today.in addition to the payments over the past year totaling about $250, we probably were also paying the bank interest on our overdraft protection, so Citibank probably was able to profit on this as well. We are very upset, and I will be contacting Lisa Madigan, the Illinois Attourney General to file a consumer complaint, as well as the Illinois Division of Banking if I cannot get a full refund for this fraud.
