"Only cost $1.99" charged me 39.95 in January 08 and March 08

I too fell for the $1.99 only cost for the the Grant Master Deluxe Edition. Then my bank account was charged 39.95. I thought I must have misread something and dismissed it.

THEN, today, 21 March I find that another 39.95 has been charged to my bank account. I found this site and also called the 866 number. Demanded to speak to a supervisor but was told that the woman on the other end could assist me. I wanted my money back and she said she could reverse the latest 39.95 charge within 3-4 business days. Gave me a confirmation number and everything. She told me I had not followed instructions on the CD that told me how to cancel. I do not remember seeing anything like that.
Now, I wait...
