Wrong item sent. Can't get in touch with the company to get refund. Gdansk

I used linkflora to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. Before I placed the order I was very impressed by their offerings and prices. However, my disappointment was great when the item was delivered.instead of the flowers I ordered, a completely different composition was delivered. The bouquet was much smaller and flowers almost completely unfresh. Not too mention that I actually pad extra for the "deluxe" composition which was supposed to be even more beautiful and bigger than the one in the picture on their website.

I tried contacting linkflora by email and phone with no luck. Nobody answers the phone and my email went unanswered. I will never do business with them again!
