My story is like many others. I ordered weight loss medication from Elite Drugs on June 5th via their website. Per the website the request would be sent to my Dr. The same day for approval. Needless to say that never happened.

I took it upon myself to contact my Dr. And ask if the request for the weight loss drug had been received, I was advised No and if and when it was received that it would be denied because my BMI was not where it should be to take weight loss medication. At this point I was done. I chalked the one time fee of $20.95 up as a loss and moved on.

After looking at my bank statement I noticed these monthly charges which I had at one time assumed it was my monthly bank fee to manage my accounts. I called the number 877-434-3329 which is Frontier Pharmacy and was looped around I called at least 10 time until someone answered and gave me another number 866-385-5090 the person at this number told me they see that my meds had been approved I asked how is that possible when my Dr. Advised me he would not approve. The answer was I don't know but I show it approved and all we just waiting for you to send in $21.00 in order to ship your order.

I had never received an email advising my meds were approved. I asked for a refund of all the payments of 20.95 starting with July of 07 - March. I was advised I would receive $188.55 within 7-10 days. I was given the cancellation of service # of 963260 and the refund # of 963266. I received a refund of 20.95 on 3-6-08 into my checking account nothing else.

Therefore I called once again today 3-19-08 to follow up on the rest of my money at the number 866-221-5937 and was advised they only see that 2 payments of 20.95 was requested and deposited into my bank account when I advised this is not so I was advised to call Frontier Pharmacies who's voicemail said they are only taking calls from Doctors or pharmacist. What a rip off. I have spent literally hours on the phone calling number after number and getting no where. I was even hung up on several times.
