CALL 800-219-9889 IL Took money from my bank account for three months

I noticed on my statement this month that this company charged my account $14.95. I got to looking back and noticed it has gone on since Nov. So, i called them and they claimed I signed up or sent something in, which I did not. I never heard of them. I demanded a refund and was told I could only get two months back. I agree and was told my membership is cancelled and was given a confirmation number.
