Every order I have placed with qwest has been a disaster

It started with the tech standing me up twice before he ever arrived to install my DSL. Since then I have been on the phone at least 9 hours because of screw ups and reps ordering products that I did not want so they could make money at my expense. You can't get a Supervisor so you can never get any accountability.

After the tech finally showed up he messed up my computer and I had to uninstall everything and fix it myself. He told me that my new DELL computer was crap (blame the equipment) and my Dell is new, the top of the line and to add insult to injury my daughter work for Dell upper management. I never had one problem with my Dell until his incompetant a* came out and screwed up things beyond recognition. It has taken at least seven orders to get this whole mess right because for every one order it took another order (or two) to fix what the last person jacked up.

When the tech was out not only did he screw up my computer by loading a bunch of unecessary garbage on my PC but they clipped our business line and we had to have yest another tech come out a fix it. We are paying for the incompetant employees they hire. We received a coupon for a wireless module for 19.95 so I can us my laptop out by the pool and work... Well I did not recieve it. I call an ask them again to send it... No luck.

On my 3rd call the rep on the phone told me she was sending a router that can accomodate 30 computers. I repeatedly told her NO NO NO! I do not want it. She lied and told me the wireless module was 80.00 and the router was 19.95. That was a LIE! When I called back to tell them that was not what I ordered, the rep at Qwest yelled at me and told me I did not know what I was talking about and basically shoved it up my a*! If he were my employee... I would have fired him immediately.

Of course he would not let me talk to a supervisor and then he gave me a fake ID number! If I did not need this service and I have an alternative I would have cancelled and sued them for what they cost me in lost business. Absolutely the WORST experience with a company in my 30 years in business.

As soon as I can I will replace them and since it takes them 2 years to make a profit on DSL they will get waht they have given me. I fanally spoke to a young lady named Sara that may have finally solved my problem but we shall see!
