Charged my visa card 6 days after I canceled the orde

On feb. 19 2008 I placed my orders on the internet, when pn Feb. 20 I phoned them to cancel the orders. I spoke to someone named SHENG, she said that she would cancel my orders.

The way their page is set up is vey confusing to continue you have to fill in all your info, by then it is too late because you have bought the item, THIS IS A RIP OFF!

When I looked at my Visa statement, I saw that the orders had been charged to my account, but not at the price on the web site. The web site gives a price of $19.95 $9.95 shiping, they charged me $50.12 $40.12 Canadian The order numbers are 2010417 and2010412 and 2010387, this is 6 days after SHENG told me she had canceled the orders.

Something should be done to companys that RIP OFF customers like that
