I ordered a "Chanel" purse and Coach purses from this company. They shipped the "Chanel" purse by itself and upon receiving it, I found that the serial numbers listed on the bag were known counterfeit numbers. Beyond the counterfeit number, the bag itself was OBVIOUSLY not an authentic with shrink wrap on the chain and uneven stitching. Upon discovering this, I returned the item and asked that the additional Coach purses NOT be shipped and the entire amount of the order be credited back to me.

Like others, I was informed that I could not be credited back to my credit card and that they would have to send a paper check because "for accounting purposes, most refunds are done in the form of a check." and that they consider their refunds as "bills".

I did not receive a refund and repeatedly called and emailed, with no answers. After FINALLY receiving a refund for the fake "Chanel" purse, it was, a short time later returned NSF to my bank. I NEVER received a refund for the Coach purses. The entire amount is still due to me. My credit card company is working on this dispute, but it's been nearly 6 months and I still have no money back. Every call I make, every email I send goes unanswered.

During this time they have even moved twice since my original purchase, now "residing" in Illinois.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. They sell fake products even though they guarentee authenticity. I even have an email from them responding my query on authenticity guarenteeing my items will be the real deal.

If you are thinking about buying from this company, do yourself a favor: Close your internet browser, step away from the computer and don't ever purchase ANYTHING from this company.
