Receipt of damaged product and company will not respond to e-mails also poor quality product

I ordered a magnifying light from crown lighting and when it was received, it was damaged. I followed up on the crownlighting.com web site and reported vai e-mail. Web site indicates I should get a response within 48 hours. I thas been a weel and three e-mails now and I haven't received a response. The damaged item was very poorly packaged and of very poor quality so it did not survive the UPS handling. I spent $100 for a box of junk and it appears they is little recourse but to let as many people know of my experince as possible so that they won't encounter the same problem.

Do not buy from crownlighting.com... No customer service... Poor quality!!!
