Overcharged, refused to cancel subscription & was not able to be reached by phone or website

I was interested in researching for a grant I opened a subscription with fremoneyongrants.org they went on to overcharge me & when I chose to cancel they did not do this also when contacting them their website has a convenient error that blocks communication.
