Stole money, canceled account but did not honor subscription

This is a 2 part rip-off. I was researching home-based businesses and came across their site. American Home Business Association (AHBA) is a subscription only site; you can't see much without paying for a subscription. The basic subscription is $29.95 for 3 months and I paid for 3 months up front on 11/16/05. I was immediately disappointed with the content of the site. It was lame, very lame. Furthermore, they only add new articles at the rate of about 2 per month. Anyone looking for professional, well written content should avoid this subscription based site. That is only part ONE of the rip-off.

The other part of the rip-off occurred at cancellation. Within one week, I decided I did not want a recurring subscription and wrote them an email to cancel my membership. They did cancel my subscription on 11/29/05, however they also cut me off from logging into the website and they did not refund my 3 month payment. Since I paid for 3 months, I should have been allowed access to their website until Feb 15 or they should have refunded my money. They did neither.

Buyer beware of this rip-off Utah Company.
