Poor support, customer service, and then 2 days after I cancelled they took the money anyway! Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

Talk about bad service!

The day after I join them I had to call 3 times to try and figure out why their site was not allowing me access. 3 different agaents had no idea and one of them kept cutting me off everytime I talked. Frustrating!

They really had no idea how to manage support. I could'nt understand half the things they were saying anyways. Support is in India instead of the USA where the company is from.

So I cancelled the account the day after I joined because of the extremely poor service lack lack of knowledge (not to mention being able to understand them) they had.

I received a letter of confirmation of cancellation and then 2 days later they took out my money!

I sent an email demanding my money back with no answer.

Don't use these guys. There are lots of complaints so you have no excuse if you do!
