They took money from my account without authorization

I would like to report; in my opinion; an Internet Thief, I do not know how they got my bank account information since I have only used secure sites.

They took 31.98 from me for what I do not know and have made me overdrawn, how are they getting away with STEALING from the public? Please who are these THIEVES and where are they exactly from, I would like to at least be able to talk to these cowards.

Since I can find no information on them I can only assume they are not a legitimate business. I would like my money back.
