All-in-One F4140 Failed, Phone Support Made Computer Problem Worse

I bought a F4140 All in one scanner/printer/copier in Sept.

It started to screw up (like changing color & quality sefaults).

Then it would not scan in OCR..

3 days on the phone with India has only messed up my computer I use for work. I am out of work until I can get another computer & scanner.

I will never again buy another HP product & will tell every business contact about my "wonderful" experience with HP
