Terrible tech support / crappy products

I bought a F4140 All in one scanner/printer/coppier in Sept.

It started to screw up (like changine color & quality sefaults).

Then it would not scan in OCR..

3 days on the phone with india has only messed up my computer i use for work. I am out of work untio i can get another computer & scanner.

I will never again buy another hp product & will tell every business contact about my "wonderful" experience with hp
