Took my money and never sent my order

Uyvogue advertises that no money will be debited from you credit card until you order is shipped, that you will recieve a tracking number within 5 days of your order, and that all orders are shipped in 2-10 days. None of this is true. I placed my order on 1/24.in 10 hours they took the money from my card. I have yet to recieve a tracking number or the order.

Its been 13 days. They also advertise that they have a live chat for customer service and every time i go to it its down. I have left plenty of messages and they only answered once. They do not seem to care that they have my 308.00 and i dont have my shoes. I feel as if they are totally ripping me off.

I have requested that a live person call me just to reassure me that everything is okay that maybe there is just a delay or something and i would just wait it out. But hearing nothing is whats panicking me. I think that is relly bad business practice.
