Single mother ripped off for $199 by buyvogue.com bronx

I order a pair of prada sneakers for $199.99 on 5/30 they took my money out of my account. I have not received my order as yet. I tryed to talk to someone but got no response from there so called LIVE OPERATORS, I also have sent emails and have not heard any info from them. I am a single parent and I order those sneakers for my son's Birthday that was on 6/15 and still haven't received them. It is very unfair that people work hard for there $ and have to deal with false promises.
