Ordered software online through thier web portal at softwareoutlet.com, on 01/18, received their auto response indicating the order was being processed. Four days later the check card was debited out of my account for 94.99, never received the merchandaise, called and emailed them several times to no avail. Have contaced the Attorney General of California, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission. These people should be stretched by a Spanish Windless on the yard arm! Rick, Dawson, Al.
