Softwares never sent, My bank account was charged immediately $ 65.14, on Nov. 6th 2007 never answer my calls, voicemail always full, I have sent several e-mails at first, requesting information on a possible ship date, then 5 emails requesting a refund... No response. TODAY 12/05/07 I decided to write this report.
