Com softwareoutlet Tried to take me of $100.79 and never shipped the software

I ordered a OEM copy of Win XP and it was never shipped. However, after it was 3 days over due, I paid for 3 day delivery, I contacted citi card. Thay put a 90 hold on paying and also told me that if he does not respond within that time THEY will add them to their fraud list and turn them in for prosecution. They will also recredit my account. Thank God I used the Citi card.
