Ugg Shoez
Charged me for boots and never shipped!

I ordered Ugg boots at the end of December and Uggshoez.com immediately charged my credit card and never sent the boots so I canceled the order. I attempted several times to contact the company for confirmation on the canceled order and refund. They never responded.

I contacted Google Checkout who processed my order and they are supposedly mediating it. I have also filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and looking into what the Attorney General can do. My bank is also looking into it as well.

I urge anyone else to file complaints and get these fraud's off line.
