Consumerbill.com Stole close to $200.00 from my checking account with NO Authorization!

I noticed $17.95 being taken out of my bank account as of November. I questioned my bank about the money being taken out and the insufficient funds fees on missing money in question and the only information they could give me was a 888-433-4096 number.

I called the number and it gave me a web site. I went to the web site that I've never even heard of. It gave me no live operator number but live chat. I spoke to a person by the name of Erika. She explained the situation to me that it was part of a platinum membership of some sort. I explained that I didn't sign up for any membership and that money was being taken out of my account. She said that I should have recieved a pakage for confirmation. I never did. She said with it that I would have to sign and send back the required documents to be proccesed.

I then explained to her that if i didn't receive or sign anything and questioned how it was possible for them to touch my account? She didn't give an explaination but did confirm that no signed paperwork was returned to her company. I asked her then to cancel my membership and transfer the money back to my account. She said she would refund my money via check in the mail and even gave me a cancellation number to confirm my cancellation and stated that my money would be returned in 30-45 business days.

Today is Jan. 2008 and glancing at my bank statement i noticed I have another 2 transactions for the same fee. I tried going on line again, but to my surprise i can't reach anyone now.
