Web Designer/Webmaster, Web Host Vindictive if he doesn't get "his way", also a thief, not capable of performing job functions due to extracurricular activities

Randall was hired by IBD-Marketing to design their website and maintain it, as well as head the administrative department. He did the website, no problem. It was after he got "comfortable" in the company, problems started to arise. Over the course of his employment, the site would go down numerous times during the week, to get him to come in to the office (or even fix it in the comfort of his own home) was like pulling teeth. He was usually "hungover" or his girlfriend was sick.

When he DID come into the office, his sole purpose would be to print himself or his girlfriend checks and wrote them off as reimbursement as office supplies. Yet not even so much as a pencil was bought for the $1700 they were cashing at a time. Sometimes only in 2-3 day intervals. He also tried to mark himself ineligible to file taxes. We fixed that.

After a year of the owner of the company paying his rent, cell phone bill, girlfriend's cell phone bill, supplying him with a $7000 Dell Laptop (which has now been reported stolen-rumor has it he is trying to sell it, if any such purchase is made jail time WILL follow), and taking care of other personal matters, yet receiving NO EFFORTS to maintaining the website or admin department, he was terminated. He did not leave without kicking and screaming like a little girl.

Instead of taking responsibility that he and his girlfriends' (yes, more than 1 of them brought him down) extracurricular activities were interfering with his work ethics and capabilities to perform his job requirements, he then went out of his way to sabotage the entire company, without regard to who was caught up in the crossfire. His first step was locking the entire company out of the website by changing the passwords via his hosting account. He then proceeded to place false accusations, the owner of the company's CELL PHONE #, and other slanderous material on the website. The nite prior to doing so, he contacted the owner's wife making demands or he would do it, aka blackmail.

He was asked to return the laptop, as well as another one witnesses watched him steal from the office, as well as a $23,000 dialer he was "working" on. When he did not do so, the police were contacted. Scared, (possibly because of the fact that he owes the IRS millions of $, and that he was now guilty of grand larceny) he packed up his apartment and left. Then proceeded to place ridiculous material (copyrighted material, no less) on the website, made phone calls and false accusations to state agencies.

The claims he made, were claims he was the one actually guilty of. He admitted that he was just a web designer and does not own the domain, was over-payed for his services and has yet to put the website back up or pay back what he owes. If you employ this person: BEWARE. You are only asking for trouble, as his drug problem will eventually turn out to be yours, whether you do them or not. If you purchase any electronic equipment from him, you are now guilty of possession of stolen items and put yourself at risk for jail time, unless you turn the equipment and Randall's whereabouts into the margate OR pompano beach police. BOTH have reports filed against him.
