Customer NO Service, FAILS to adhere to company policies, Takes NO Responsibility, ALLOWs Cyber bullying on Web Sites, ALLOWs theft of intellectual & copyrighted material, Has NO legal staff on board.

After sending numerous requests (at least 10) to the support department of Total Hosting, requesting they remove a web site that is demeaning to others, stalking, harrassing, threatening, contains theft of intellectual property, unauthorized linking to people's web sites, cyber bullying, slandering, intimidating, etc. The responses to my requests were the following: "We are escalating the issue to our concerned department, We are escalating the issue to the senior techs, There is no current violation of our policy as the site owner claims that these are her experiences. She has a right to free speech which we will not interfere with, We are not responsible for the content on this website. I suggest that you contact the website owner directly."
Theft of personal photos from my copyrighted web site were brought to Total Hosting's attention. I received several of those response messages above. It was brought to the attention of Total Hosting that the individual that created the web site that they are hosting, is attacking, doing character assassinations, intimidating, harrassing, slandering, demeaning, stalking, and cyber bullying individuals that are witnesses in a lawsuit against the person who created the web site they are hosting. I received several of those response messages above. Total Hosting was made aware that the person who has created the web site that they are hosting is witness tampering, and cyber bullying which are both CRIMES. I received several of those response messages above. Total Hosting was made aware that due to the nature of the web site allowed to be hosted by them, that 2 sheriff's departments had been contacted and statements had been given to them for further investigation. Both attorney's for both sides of the case are aware of the web sites and the State Attorney's Office was also made aware of the web sites and the response was several of those messages above.
According to Total Hosting's policy: "Total Hosting reserves the right to cancel and suspend a client's access and usage of our services and equipment when it (Total Hosting) decides that the account has been inappropriately used by the customer, without any prior notice. All services may be used for lawful purposes only.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening, obscene, demeaning to others, or material protected by trade secret and other statute."
Individuals like myself are falling victim to the disgruntled perpetually peeved who sour online reputations by creating web sites, blogging or posting derogatory statements anywhere they have the chance.
Total Hosting is an enabler and refuses to accept culpability. However, after 48 hours and 10 complaints later with detailed explanations and requests to have Total Hosting remove the offending web site, they are now open to litigation and criminal charges. Not once did Total Hosting have a legal representative from their company respond to any of my numerous requests.
Total Hosting is an irreputable, irresponsible, and wreckless web hosting company that engages in hosting hate sites and responds with "We are escalating the issue to our concerned department, We are escalating the issue to the senior techs, There is no current violation of our policy as the site owner claims that these are her experiences. The web site in question hosted by Total Hosting is NOT an issue of free speech and the written copy is NOT her personal experiences, and theft of other people's photos of themselves from their web sites is NOT her experience or an issue of free speech.
Twelve responses later, Joe, one the many coelenterates that contacted me from Total Hosting, ended in "I am again closing this ticket."
Total Hosting is a money grubby hungry company that does not adhere to the law, their own company policies, has a wreckless disregard for the law, and apparently has no legal staff. Total Hosting is not any better than the sociopaths they permit to create web sites for them to host.
