My husband and i purchased Clear internet and Directv at Smart World Connections. Many EMPTY promises from Randall Rhodes. Promised a great internet from Clear and turned out to be the biggest mistake. Clear never works and our prices continue to go up as we are locked in a contract. Directv bill has not been correct even though Randall has promised to take care of HIS errors. We have a portable directv and it doesn't work and they refused to help with it.

We had maybe 20 minutes of time to go over the portable unit and it didn't even work when we needed it! We had Randy and two of his salesman over to help sell their services. Randall over promised and his son Chris spit in our front yard and wouldn't be quiet... A true car salesman! The only person we did appreciate was Matt which quit Randall's company soon after probably seeing what a mess of a company they were running. Do not do business with Randall Rhodes!
