Debit card (visa) fraud thru the internet. Unauthorized debit! Rip-off! Mexico

On 6/20 i had an unauthorized debit of $14.96 on by bank statement from (www.onlinepublicart.com mexico df). When i called my bank regarding it they said this same name appeared on at least one other customers statement recently and asked me to fax them a dispute letter.
It appears they are hitting a lot of people from coast to coast. I see that one of your readers in rancho cordova california was hit with the same company.

I am thankful it was a small amount (i don't keep money in that account. I transfer as i need it) i would like to add that i did a online purchase just prior to this fraud and had used the same debit/visa card, i had transferred a little more then the amount spent to covered postage. The purchase was with "carabella" thru yahoo.
