After cancellation, I still being billed

I have registered and subscripted a free trail period. After testing for three days, I did not like it. I cancelled and got a confirmation. Now I am being billed $95 for a whole year. I have tried to e-mail so many times as well as called, all I got was an automatic answering message and an automatic e-mail on how to cancel subscription.

I plan to fill with my state at the better business bureau see if they can help. This company has ripoff so many people.
