Deceptive Business Practice, Defective Servers

Our client purchased a dedicated server from Limestone Networks a few days ago. The configuration he ordered was not compatible with the operating system chosen. Our client acknowledged some of the blame for ordering a configuration like this but states that Limestone networks should fully be aware of the products they are selling. He compares this to going to a tire store, ordering the wrong tires for your car, and the store installing them without doing any type of research about the products or what you car needs. Limestone replaced the server with a lesser configuration at the request of our client. Now the server our client has won't reboot. This is a task that is required by products like this to obtain the ability to be rebooted. Our client contacted Limestone networks several times concerning this issue and was told they would "troubleshoot" it the following day. Limestone networks continues to blame the operating system "Freebsd" for the problems. Our client has been in business for a long time and has proven to them this has absolutely nothing to do with the operating system. The company then chose to insult our client by telling him to go with a company that will run the server for him. This was an obvious attempt at attacking our clients character and will not be tolerated. Our client has no control over certin settings of the product, these are settings that only limestone networks has control of and these are the settings that need resolved or the server needs to be ruled as defective.
