Our encounter appears to be fairly much like that of others. The bottom line is, I requested many products for Holiday 2007. The purchase was delivered — lacking three products along with a packing slip. I named five times before Christmas, however the telephone program weighs on you after being on-hold about 2 to 3 units.

I finally got to a genuine person on 12/28. She offered me still another telephone number, stating "once the saving reaches 'the moment feasible,' start pounding within the number 3." Lordy. However, it works. Got to an income individual nowadays, who set me on-hold all over again. Next phone soon after got me a "Stephanie." She claims she is running a reimbursement for that lost products, plus my delivery, therefore we will discover what goes on.

FYI, Stephanieis immediate quantity is allegedly 801-817-3072. She claims she is the client support boss and works M-Thurs. From 7 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Mountain Time (include two hours for Asian, two for Main, and fall one hour for Pacific). The very first person I spoke to today stated she himself is just a temperature, and does not understand something concerning the company itself. Nevertheless, I pushed her for an address, and he or she mentioned it is on Decker Road in Salt Lake Area. Could not give me a road number, though.
