Downtime and bandwidth problems

I've purchased a passionate host at limestone systems and anything was okay till oneday we'd some issues with the bandwith and that I attempted to make contact with customer care.

Not just they didn´t reunite my calls but after 4 times they turn off my consideration and that I dropped all my information.

I got nothing from their store they simply say I am not authorized like a customer of these within their program! Please enable me out!
