I did not authorized networkagenda to debit my account but when I went to the bank they have debited the account for $9.95 unauthorized

I am very upset! I just discovered that Networkagenda.com has been fraudulently billing my account for $9.95 in addition to 5.95 for Grant search Assistance. I have not received anything from this company and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone.
I would like to have some help in retrieving my money, cancelling this false account and see to it that this company is punished.
