Networkagenda.com / GSA: Grant Search Assistant Ripoff. Dishonest, unethical and fraudulent billing St. George Utah

I ordered a "Free" CD and only authorized the cost of shipping and handling. I did not even received this CD but that didn't stop this company from taking my money without permission.

The following "unauthorized" payments were taken out of my account:

GSA/SBA Express for $29.95
Networkagenda.com for $7.95
Grant Search Assistant for $5.95

These "unauthorized" amounts have been taken out of my account 3 times for a total of 43.85 per month. These are services that I didn't even know about.

I still don't know what these companies are because I don't have a need for either of them.

I spoke with a customer service rep. And she could not find me in their system. She said that my request to have these "unauthorized" withdrawals cancelled was denied.

This is a ripoff. Companies that participate in these type of unethical practices need to be punished.

I would like to have some help in retrieving my money back, canceling this false account and putting a stop to this unethical behavior.
