Networkagenda, GSA/SBA Express rip off St George

I signed up for Grant Search Assistance free trial a few months ago, September to be exact. I missed there deadline and understood that they would withdaw 29.95 from my account. I never used their services. I then check my credit card statement at the end of the year for tax purposes and saw 3 different with drawals from my card. One from GRANT SEARCH ASSISTANT, NETWORKAGENDA.com ST GEORGE UT, and GSA/SBA EXPRESS called the there numbers to cancell and the preson I spoke with said that I wouldn't see anything on my account after January.

When a checked my Feburary account NETWORKAGENDA.com was still taking money from my account. When I went to the site it had nothing to do with searching grants or assisting in anyway.

I tried calling the number for them and to no avail. I checked March and its still there. I never gave them permission to take monies from my credit card.
